Cyber Security Specialist

 

Your tasks:

As a Cyber Security Specialist you will play a key role in our new brand. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Analysing security threats and risks for our customers

 

  • Development and implementation of cybersecurity strategies and solutions

 

  • Monitoring networks and systems for anomalies and potential security breaches

 

  • Advising customers on the selection and implementation of security technologies

 

  • Carrying out safety audits and inspections

 

  • Training employees and customers on best safety practices

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

  • Completed studies or relevant professional experience in the field of cybersecurity

 

  • Sound knowledge of current safety standards and practices

 

  • Experience in analysing security risks and developing protection strategies

 

  • Knowledge of the use of security tools and technologies

 

  • Communication and presentation skills in German and English

 

  • Motivation and passion to build a sustainable brand

Your roll:

As a Senior Consultant M&A at Habillé GmbH, you have the unique opportunity to fully exploit your potential in the areas of mergers and acquisitions. In this role, you will make a significant contribution to making strategic decisions and successfully implementing transactions.

Your tasks:

Analyze mergers and acquisitions: Conduct detailed analysis in the area of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and valuation of target companies.

Market and Industry Research: Examining and analyzing market and industry trends to create data-driven recommendations for clients.

Preparation of transaction reports: Preparation and presentation of transaction reports and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.

Client advice: Advising clients on M&A issues, including the development and implementation of transaction strategies.

Project management: Coordination and management of M&A projects, including compliance with schedules and budgets.
